The hotel is located in a great spot, allowing easy access to many nearby attractions. The decor is beautiful and upscale, providing a wonderful ambiance for guests. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.
The advertised free wifi was nonexistent and the staff was unable to resolve the issue during my stay. the breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food wasn't up to par with what I would expect from a hotel.

The ambiance of the property was quite nice and welcoming. the location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was also decent enough, with Appam and egg curry being the only options available.
the supposedly free wifi was not available and the receptionist failed to resolve the problem.

We loved the location and ambiance of this hotel. It was easy to access transportation and had good parking. the cleanliness was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Everything was perfect.
